How can I customize my share link settings?

Learn how to request default share link settings for your workspace, including when visitors are required to enter their name and email before viewing a link.

Business and Enterprise plan subscribers can choose which settings appear by default on every new share link across their Air workspace. These defaults set the starting state for new share links, and people with permission to edit a link can adjust its settings link by link.

Have an admin or workspace owner from your team reach out to us at hello@air.inc or send us a note through the messenger chat bubble below. With your request, include your preferred settings from these options:

• Allow downloads

• Show versions

• Show metadata

• Show comments

  • Allow commenting (must show comments to toggle on)

• Show custom fields (requires Show metadata)

  • Allow editing custom fields (requires Show metadata and Show custom fields)

• Require name and email to view

If your team needs stricter external-sharing controls beyond default link settings, contact Air support or your success manager.
