Who can set up Air for Zapier?

Air’s Zapier integration is a huge time saver that allows you to automate your workflows between Air and other tools that you use. Workspace owners and admins on eligible Business and Enterprise workspaces can connect Zapier using API Access in Workspace settings. In this article, we'll show you what information you need, how to create your first zap, and provide some examples to inspire you.
Before you start: Workspace owners and admins on Business and Enterprise workspaces can find the API key and Workspace ID in Workspace settings > API Access.
Each automation you create is called a "Zap", and consists of a Trigger ("if x happens, then...") and an Action ("...do y"). Zaps are workflows that connect your apps to automate repetitive tasks. A trigger is an event that starts a Zap, and an action is an event a Zap performs.
Zapier Apps
Air Integrations can be connected to your Zapier account. It allows you to automate your work across 6,000+ apps also built out in Zapier and connected to your tech stack.

Triggers
Air Integrations has two triggers.

| Add a new asset/file on Air | Triggers when a new asset is created in your workspace |
| Create a new board on Air | Triggers when a new board is created in your workspace |
| Tag Added to Asset | Triggers when a new tag is added to an asset. |
| Custom Field Updated | Triggers when a custom field is updated to a given value. |
Actions
Air Integrations has several actions.

| Apply a custom field to an asset | Apply one or more custom fields to an asset/file in your workspace |
| Add assets to a board | Add one or more assets to a board in your workspace |
| Add guests | Add guest to a board in your workspace |
| Apply a custom field to a board | Apply one or more custom fields to a board in your workspace |
| Create a board | Create a board at the top-level of your workspace or as a child of another board |
| Create a custom field | Create a custom field in your workspace |
| Generate an upload URL | Generate a secure URL for uploading files to your workspace. Best for use with upload a file action. |
| Import a file from a URL | Imports a file from a public URL |
| Status of an import | Retrieve the status of a specific import by providing the import ID in the URL |
| Remove an asset from a board | Remove an asset/file from a board in your workspace |
| Remove guest | Remove guest from a board in your workspace |
| Update a board | Update a board’s title, description, or location |
| Update an asset version | Update an asset/file version’s title or description |
| Upload a file | Upload a file to your workspace as a new asset or version |
| Find assets | Search for assets/files in your workspace |
| Find boards | Search for boards in your workspace |
| Find custom fields | Search for custom fields in your workspace |
| Find guests | Search for guests in a board in your workspace |
| Get asset by ID | Get all info about an asset/file |
| Get asset version by ID | Get all info about a version |
| Get board by ID | Get all info about a board |
| Get custom field by ID | Get all info about a custom field |
| Find or create a board | Search for boards in your workspace |
| Find or create a custom field | Search for custom fields in your workspace |
| Get or create tags | Pass in a list of tags (e.g. "dog, cat") and receive back a list of tagIds regardless of whether the tags already exist in the workspace |
| Adds tags to an asset version | Apply tags to an asset version |
| Modify guest | Modify guest access level in board in your workspace |
