Adding an approved email domain

Anyone with your .com can join automatically

1. Navigate to Security & Identity in your workspace settings

2. Add the email domain you'd like to approve ( Note: you don't need to include the @ symbol in your domain entry)

3. Teammates and collaborators with an approved email address domain will have the option to join your workspace with the default role you select.

Only verified workspace users with Admin permissions can approve an email domain to join the workspace. If you are an Admin but your account is not verified, check your email inbox for your verification email titled "Air - Confirm your email" or contact support at help@air.inc.

Here's an example of how this might work

• If Air wanted to allow anyone from our team to join, we would add our domain to the approved domain list (air.inc) and select a default role for them, such as Editor. Every teammate with an @air.inc email ( megh@air.inc, for example) can join!
