Air connects to the tools your team already uses so you can sync, import, design, and automate your creative workflows without jumping between browser tabs. Integrations are direct connections between your Air workspace and external tools - cloud storage providers, design apps, content management systems, and automation platforms. They let you import media, access your Air library from other platforms, and trigger automated actions when your assets change.

Any workspace or board user can view the Integrations page from account settings. To connect your tools, go to Workspace settings > Integrations.

Use integrations to consolidate media from legacy storage systems and cloud drives into Air, access approved assets directly inside design tools like Canva and Figma, automate repetitive tasks and push assets to social platforms or other services, and get real-time Slack notifications when assets are uploaded, commented on, or approved.

Social

LinkedIn connects your account so you can showcase your creative operations experience with a verified badge on your LinkedIn profile.

Air native tools

Keep your library accessible across every device.

• Air Flow is a desktop app that syncs your Air library to your computer
• Air's Mobile App for iOS lets you browse, upload, and share assets from your phone.

Ad insights

Meta connects your Facebook and Instagram ad accounts so you can tie campaign performance back to the creative assets behind them.

Importers

Bring media in from wherever it lives to consolidate your library in Air. Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, and SharePoint let you connect an account and import files and folders directly into an Air board (required permissions vary by platform). The Chrome Extension lets you save images from anywhere on the web straight into your Air workspace.

Access your Air library inside the apps you design in.

• Canva lets you browse and insert Air assets right in the Canva editor (supports static JPG, PNG, SVG, and HEIC images up to 50MB)
• Figma lets you insert Air media directly into designs through a two-way static-file workflow
• Premiere Pro lets you import Air assets directly into your projects

Workflow automation

Automate tasks and sync assets between Air and thousands of other tools using Zapier, n8n, or Air's Public API. Zapier is a no-code way to trigger actions in other apps when assets are added or updated in Air. n8n offers a more flexible, self-hosted automation builder. make.com lets you build visual automation scenarios. Zapier and n8n connections use an API key and Workspace ID from Workspace settings - API Access.
